General Terms. By using the Maldon District Chamber of Commerce web site, you agree to each of the terms set forth below. If you do not agree with any term or condition set forth below, you are not authorised to use the Maldon District Chamber of Commerce site for any purpose.
The Maldon District Chamber of Commerce Sites, our subsidiaries or other companies affiliated with us may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Websites or resources. Because Maldon District Chamber of Commerce has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Maldon District Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Maldon District Chamber of Commerce shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
Conditions of Use. You may make a single copy of the individual screens you see when you use the Maldon District Chamber of Commerce site and of our logo, but only for your personal use. Each such screen shot and reproduced page must include the following phrase: "Reproduced with the permission of Maldon District Chamber of Commerce. All rights reserved." You cannot distribute or transfer the copies to others in exchange for money or other consideration. Maldon District Chamber of Commerce expressly disclaims any endorsement (other than for fraud), recommendation, guarantee, representation, warranty or condition (whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise) in respect of, or responsibility for any action or inaction of any party including without limitation advertisers, partners, participating merchants, manufacturers or suppliers or any products or services supplied by such parties.
Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Maldon District Chamber of Commerce be liable to you (or any third party making claims through you) for any loss or damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, unauthorized access to and tampering with your personal information or transmissions, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, unauthorized use, performance or non-performance of the Maldon District Chamber of Commerce site, any computer related damages due to downloading materials, typographical errors and/or omissions.
The limitations of liability and disclaimers herein shall apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, warranty, strict liability, negligence, or other tort and shall survive a fundamental breach or breaches of contract or the failure of the essential purpose of this agreement or of an exclusive remedy.
Maldon District Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for the accuracy of associated companies' information, including that provided in or accessible from the Maldon District Chamber of Commerce site, including any changes in or discontinuance of services and/or products, nor any intellectual property infringement made by any party. Maldon District Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for changes in the services and/or products offered by affiliated companies.
